About our Products: All of our products apart from cards & notebooks are hand screen printed to order and we try our hardest to make each and every product as perfect as possible. The nature of hand pulled screen printing means that each product can vary.
This one of the things we love about Screen Printing, every print and cushion is individual and reminds you that each one is hand screen printed onto either fine art paper for our prints or beautiful heavy Linen and cotton for cushions. All of our inks are mixed by hand and colours may vary slightly from one print/cushion to another.
Delivery Times: All products are hand screen printed to order and therefore delivery can take 14 – 21 days from the time of order. We endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible.
We will of course be in communication if there has been a delay in the order process and keep you up to date with your order.
Upon Delivery: We hope that you are very happy with your order but if for some reason you are not please contact us within 24 hours detailing the reasons for your concerns. We will of course endeavour to solve any issues including a re-issue of product where necessary. If this is the case we will require the other product to be returned in appropriate packaging. We hope you understand that due to being a small independent business we cannot offer refunds.
Privacy Policy: We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information that is provided to us through ordering or joining our mailing list to any third parties.
We may from time to time notify you of special discounts, new products, exhibition participation unless requested otherwise.

Payment: Retail – If you email us your order we will issue an invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer or cheque, all payment must clear before we dispatch goods
Trade – All first orders are pro-forma. Subsequent orders are to be paid on a 14day basis.
